The viability of asylum claims is tenuous because unlike other areas of law, immigration proceedings do not provide court-appointed attorneys, despite the complexity and inaccessibility of asylum law. We’re here to help.
The majority of Mabel Center’s clients are women and children from Central America and Haiti that have relocated to Massachusetts.

New clients receive either full representation or legal support through the Pro Se Clinic.

Mabel Center’s attorneys assist clients under 21 with a variety of legal services, including employment authorization documents and Special Immigrant Juvenile Status.
